The salesman who came to our house to give us a “free estimate” ended up closing the deal. He first sold us on the company, citing the many awards they have received, their great warrantee, financing terms and family ownership. Although the company's material options are limited, for instance they have only one vinyl tile option and two faucet and showerhead styles, we were able to select materials that were acceptable to us. Unfortunately they do no custom work but our salesperson said he would put us in touch with someone who did.

I would highly recommend calling them if you are in the market for a shower remodel. I got quotes from several other companies (the plastic insert type companies), and it really wasn’t what I wanted. I called premire Home pros and Joshua came out, thoroughly explained everything, and showed me why premire Home pros was a better option for me, without being pushy or making me feel pressured. He worked with my style and budget to reach a design that I liked, now I’m looking forward to my upcoming install date.

first attempt at install failed as material arrived broken.
came back the following day with a 3 man team who worked a staright 12 hour day, did a great job and no complaints until the end when i asked how long before they finish and can't wait to see it witht eh doors.
it was then explained to (apparently salesman fodgot to tell me that doors have to measuered for and ordered, but it never takes more than 1 to weeks.
well, hear we are, 7 weeks to the day later and still no doors. they were actually delivered here about 8 days ago, but some parts were missing, so team left, went back to NJ and ordered the missing parts. they took a week and when they came to intall this past Monday, found not all the missing parts were ordered. they were ordered 4 days ago and Prem receievd them yesterday, guess what, although they say i am a priorit, they can't give me a date, i offered saturdays or Sundays. but nothing.
i will hold off on names for now, but all i get are stories , UNACCEPTAB

Luis and his team did an excellent job. We have a house built in 1966 with plaster walls and cast iron tub and they had a bear of a time on the demo. They made sure everything was covered and did an excellent job of cleaning when the shower stall was completed. Could not be happier with the stand up shower and their install. Highly recommend!!!

The initial consult was good but the install was less than stellar. The install guy Joe was late every day.. stated be there at 8 and not get there until 10.. tried to get customer service to address water leaking through the door and dam they installed and completely ignored. I realize now I will have to order parts to fix the water leaking out myself. Do your homework.. they only communicate by text and unprofessional as they ignore texts as well. It?s a good product but terrible follow up if there is a problem.

Basic installation was quick and well done, after a couple of scheduling delays. It was several days later that a technician arrived to take measurements for the door. That was a week ago and it is expected to take another week or two before the door is installed. Meanwhile, my wife, who is an invalid, has been unable to take a shower.

For $12,000.00 I thought I was going to get a nice custom made walk in shower. Boy was I wrong. In order to get a refund on grab bars that were NOT used because they were too big, the salesman asked me not to write a bad review. So..um..I have nothing else I can say.

George, the installer that was sent to our home was absolutely FABULOUS. I would recommend George to anyone....BUT WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY. You did nothing but lie to us and sent wrong or defective parts. George was our saving grace. I would recommend him to everyone; but I would NEVER recommend your companh.

The job was done efficiently and timely manner. But their customer services are not very satisfactory. We had a little leak on tap inside shower place and I called 2-3 times to fix it or replace. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened.
