"We was getting estimates for our bath room remodeling. Harlan came to give us free estimate and introduced us new shower wall system. This wall system prevents shower wall inside from getting molds and bacteria. It also has a variety of panel design choices . Harlan presented to us with four different options based on our preferences and budget. We were able to pick one easily and are very excited to get it started."

"I needed to replace drywall and repaint the ceiling of my living room and bedroom because of the leak from last June, after meeting with Charles I ended adding a few more rooms to be painted. Very fast response from the them. Charles was very helpful, He came to my house for the inspection. He walked me through the process, took photos of the rooms then provided me the estimate. It's not very cheap but it's still worth it, it was a complicated job The following week, their painters came, replaced all the drywall and did the painting They did an amazing job. "Who writes reviews before the work is done?  I do, because of REO ServicePro owner Gary Golman's responsiveness.  I needed all the smoke detectors in my home replaced because they were 15-years old and I just learned they should have been replaced after 10 years.  I already bought replacements and just needed them installed because once I got into the job, no amount of YouTube tutorials could help me through.  I called Gary, but when I sounded confused discussing the job with him, he offered to stop by to check out the task. Turns out I purchased the wrong detectors.  I was still clueless, so Gary offered to go to Home Depot with me (this was at the end of the day mind you) to help me get the right ones.  
Gary will come by tomorrow afternoon to replace all the units.  I'm confident the job will be done right - which wouldn't have happened if I had continued on the path to do them myself.  It'll be one less household task to worry about.  After tomorrow I'll be able to sleep through the night without my smoke detectors chirping for me to change them out.

"We had a wonderful experience in contracting with Munoz Construction LLC for a thorough bathroom remodel in October 2024. Mr. Munoz worked with us each step of the way from advising us on our original design plans, to scheduling the construction work, and closely overseeing its completion and quality. His expert team demolished our old bathroom in one day, and cleaned up so well afterwards that one could hardly tell any construction work was underway in the house. Each weekday for the next two weeks Jose's experienced team rebuilt the bathroom from the ground up. They replaced old subflooring where there had been water damage; installed a new bathtub, wall and floor tile, added recessed ceiling lights and extra electrical outlets, and recessed shelves in the wall, a new vanity, toilet and all the fixtures. The final touch was a beautiful paint job. The excellent workmanship, attention to detail, daily clean-up, and meticulousness of his highly experienced crew completely met our hopes. Each day, Jose Munoz personally came by to check on the work and quality, and consult with us. The entire project came in on time and on budget. "My Kitchens & Bath was my 3rd estimate. I was 95% sure I was going with the 2nd estimate guy since he’s the contractor my friend’s real estate company uses so I had a first-hand referral. #2 was very nice and I’m sure he would have done great. But I told myself I’m getting THREE estimates this time around so I called MK&B and got an appointment for final estimate. I was torn between redoing the kitchen or a bathroom so I got 2 estimates. John from MK&B came out and was very nice and he took a lot more measurements so more thorough. I had already emailed #2 guy some questions after receiving his estimate (including when can you start) but he was too slow to get back with me and John beat him to the punch because the following day I had both estimates and he had answered some questions I emailed. John’s estimates was more professional with line by line items and prices. Overall had a much more professional vibe. I went to their showroom (very convenient near my office in Herndon) and picked out the cabinets, tiles, countertop, knobs etc. John would set me straight if I’m picking out something that didn’t quite go together. The workers did a great job, demo’d it all in one day and MUCH less messy than a previous reno I had done. Any questions I had were always answered promptly. I hadn’t planned on replacing the appliances but had a bit of luck in vegas so I got a new stove and microwave and there was no additional charge to install the new ones vs re-installing my old ones. I even added on a side job of replacing the ceiling lights in my foyer and hallway. Got his price to install, stopped at Home Depot on my lunch hour to buy them and dropped them by and that evening when I got home all 3 were replaced so I never have to see those generic gold uglies that came with the place. Took 9 days overall. SO worth it!! I’m absolutely in love with my kitchen!! Next year I’m doing the other bathroom reno and MK&B are at the top of my list."
