"Can not recommend WaterStone Kitchen and Bath highly enough! We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and recommendations. Jeff Thompson, the owner, is committed to making sure that you are satisfied. He worked through a number of difficult problems to make sure the end product is just what you want. The company is reliable, Jeff answers the phone immediately or gets back to you by the end of the day. WaterStone Kitchen and Bath is also very flexible, the design and extent of our project changed and was added onto several times and they took on the changes on board quickly. Jeff is also an excellent problem solver, he worked with our appliance company and the cabinet company to come up with a workable solution. Another advantage in working with WaterStone Kitchen and Bath is that you are only working with a single point of contact, Jeff has his own crews who do the speciality work. Again, if we have another project of this scale and scope, WaterStone Kitchen and Bath will be the first and only company we call."

"Steve and his crew -- Shawn and Bruce -- did an exceptional job remodeling my kitchen. I had my original 1994 oak cabinets and builder-grade floor/countertops/sink replaced with quartz counters and porcelain tile floor and the cabinets were refaced with new color and doors. I am very happy with the quality of the work and how the remodel changed the entire look of my kitchen. The crew was very professional and meticulous in finishing all work."

"Very well Chris replaces some parts and everything is working well."

"We was getting estimates for our bath room remodeling. Harlan came to give us free estimate and introduced us new shower wall system. This wall system prevents shower wall inside from getting molds and bacteria. It also has a variety of panel design choices . Harlan presented to us with four different options based on our preferences and budget. We were able to pick one easily and are very excited to get it started."

"I'm an absentee landlord. The tenant called and said water was leaking from around the chandler in the living room. I hired Bledar and crew based on a recommendation from a realitor. Turns out the plumbing behind the bathtub on an upper floor had corroded. My house is in Old Town Alexandria and has a lot of deferred maintenance. Bledar come over the next day and removed part of the living room ceiling and walls in the bath. It was pretty bad. He recommend a full renovation. He worked with the tentant and together they visited various stores to pick out tile, fixtures ... It turned out great!!! So good that I immediately hired him to renovate a 2nd bath which was also leaking and an adjoining area. Again he went with the tenant and handled all of the details. I can't recommend Bledar enough! Spectacular work, friendly, fast, diligent and very reasonably priced (I had 2 other contractors price the work). He cleaned up everything after each demo and handled all of the details involved with a complete bath remodel down to the studs - including new sub flooring in one of the bath. Couldn't be happier with Bledar and his crew's (including his brother) work ethic and results! By the way - I have never met Bledar, I live in CA."

"I needed to replace drywall and repaint the ceiling of my living room and bedroom because of the leak from last June, after meeting with Charles I ended adding a few more rooms to be painted. Very fast response from the them. Charles was very helpful, He came to my house for the inspection. He walked me through the process, took photos of the rooms then provided me the estimate. It's not very cheap but it's still worth it, it was a complicated job The following week, their painters came, replaced all the drywall and did the painting They did an amazing job. The whole team were also very cool and polite. Very easy to talk with them."

"Excellent. This was a major remodel of a master bathroom. Walls were moved, a huge jacuzzi tub was taken out and everything was gutted. A larger shower was constructed and a stand alone bathtub replaced the jacuzzi tub. Daniel Frias was the project manager. He was very responsive, pleasant and ensured we were happy with the work. The crew chief, Juan was a perfectionist and did great work. He continuously asked us where and how we wanted items placed."

"It couldn't have gone better. They did an excellent job on all of the tiling, installing the shower and installing all fixtures. The duct work was also done very well. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and will definitely hire Gary and his crew again in the future for other projects that we may have. He is a super nice guy and was always incredibly responsive and punctual. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and hope to use his services again in the future.
