Even though we didnt have a full energy audit, they still go over your entire home and tell you what should and what needs to be done. Some of the little things we did ourselves, or had our handyman. Then Comfenergy did the big part, seal and insulate the attic. We still had late 80's insulation and never a sealing done. It ended up being over an 8 hour project. They were not the cheapest estimate, but definitely the most in-depth review and recommendations provided. The two man team that did the actual work were very professional, showed us the work as the progressed, and good clean up job after all was done."

"Louis and his partner we very professional and thorough. They initially put down drop cloths to protect our floors and nearby items. The precisely installed the insulation to match up with what was already on the walls. I had 1 area that we could not clear out completely due to some heavy shelving, and they worked around the shelving and still did a great job. They ensured the new insulation was mounted correctly and attached well with the insulation that was already on the wall. They also fixed up with tape some adjacent pieces of insulation to make it look much neater. When they were finished to thoroughly cleaned up where they had performed the work. "The process was explained in great detail which helped me understand what was recommended to have done and why. The Comfenergy contractors that came onsite were super friendly and respectful. They did a great job and showed me the work that they did. The only issue I had was that they didn't know what to charge me after the work was done. I had to look up what I had put down on the deposit, then let them know the balance. The next company to come out was Atlantic Duct Cleaning for the duct cleaning and the Aeroseal duct sealing. Again, the contractors were friendly and thorough. They showed me before and after pictures of the ducts, and I got a report of the Aeroseal results from before to after. I can feel the difference in the warmth of the home. I would recommend both companies."
