"Comfenergy was very professional thorough from the in-person estimate thru installation. Even though we didnt have a full energy audit, they still go over your entire home and tell you what should and what needs to be done. Some of the little things we did ourselves, or had our handyman. Then Comfenergy did the big part, seal and insulate the attic. We still had late 80's insulation and never a sealing done. It ended up being over an 8 hour project. They were not the cheapest estimate, but definitely the most in-depth review and recommendations provided. The two man team that did the actual work were very professional, showed us the work as the progressed, and good clean up job after all was done."

"Louis and his partner we very professional and thorough. They initially put down drop cloths to protect our floors and nearby items. The precisely installed the insulation to match up with what was already on the walls. I had 1 area that we could not clear out completely due to some heavy shelving, and they worked around the shelving and still did a great job. They ensured the new insulation was mounted correctly and attached well with the insulation that was already on the wall. They also fixed up with tape some adjacent pieces of insulation to make it look much neater. When they were finished to thoroughly cleaned up where they had performed the work. Of the responses supplied by Angie's List, NoVa Insulation was able to schedule the first in-home appointment. They asked for a half hour to assess the opportunity. (Another company wanted to set up a 2-hour appointment with both owners present, which looked too much like an invitation to a sales pitch, so we passed on them.) Jeff, the owner, arrived when expected, took only as much time as he needed to gauge the materials and effort involved and work up a quote. He was pleasant, focused and professional, providing a price without pressure or drama. His crew was able to perform the work within a week, arriving on time and taking extraordinary care to avoid damage or leaving debris. All-in-all the experience was first-rate, from responsiveness, to price (best of all the quotes), to quality of work. If you can get them, do so. Highly recommended!"

"Jeff and his installers did a great job installing the blown in insulation at my home. I could not believe the difference it made in both the summer and winter. Jeff was even kind enough to work out a deal with my neighbors when we ran into a unique situation with a shared attic space typical in Old Town. They guy that came in and performed the work were clean and friendly. They were in and out in just a few hours, and they did a great job cleaning up after the job was done, you never would have known they were there. One issue is that Jeff can be difficult to reach by phone when you want to talk to him, and is not the best at calling back. I will say he is responsive by text and email, but some things need to be discussed by voice. Over all the insulation job was well done."
