They came on time for the estimate. They came on time and worked quickly and quietly and carefully to finish the job. I was extremely happy with the crew, the job they did and the clean up. I'd recommend them to anyone and I plan to use them again when I add insulation to the attic.
This project was on my to do list for a while, I got several estimates over the course of a week and decided to go with Karl. He was the most thorough when doing the estimate, spent probably over 40 min checking out the space in the attic, the layout is extremely challenging and difficult to navigate. He then spent at least another 30 min going over his findings and issues. His estimate was broken down line item by line item and it was clear what will cost how much - something I rarely see these days.
He had an opening in the schedule, so we proceeded with part 1 of the estimate: removing the old insulation. It went flawlessly. Karl came with his crew, set up the machinery and hoses and they vacuumed everything from the attic, in about 4-5 hours. Towards the end of the job, I was able to go into the attic with him and see all the problem areas/issues he found. He was very knowledgeable, had some great suggestions on resolving some of the issues and overall, very helpful.
