"Comfenergy was very professional thorough from the in-person estimate thru installation. Even though we didnt have a full energy audit, they still go over your entire home and tell you what should and what needs to be done. Some of the little things we did ourselves, or had our handyman. Then Comfenergy did the big part, seal and insulate the attic. We still had late 80's insulation and never a sealing done. It ended up being over an 8 hour project. They were not the cheapest estimate, but definitely the most in-depth review and recommendations provided. The two man team that did the actual work were very professional, showed us the work as the progressed, and good clean up job after all was done."

The workers arrived and knew exactly what they were to accomplish, which they confirmed with me. "Arrival was right on time! i needed insulation in 2 attics. They ( Enrique, Jonathan and Walter) protected my carpet, floor and furniture. They worked steadily from 8 am until 4 pm. They were polite and did an excellent job. Luis came to inspect the work done and came the next morning to insulate/seal the door in a bedroom going to one attic and did not charge any additional fee. I feel warmer already! "From the start of the estimate with Jon to the insulation project with the Team Leader Carlos, the project went well as expected. Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to up-sale services I did not need, and I appreciate his honesty. Jon went over the appropriate insulation for the attic and the garage ceiling to bring our home to a comfortable level. Carlos and his crew did a great job communicating with me while performing the insulation. Carlos immediately notified me of a leak he discovered from the attic fan and temporarily paused the work on the attic and moved to the garage ceiling insulation while I addressed the leak. As a customer, the only comments/suggestions I would give to the crew is: (1) make sure they keep their tools and materials off the lawn (2) make sure the plastic wraps from the materials they use and trash does not get blown away to the neighbor's yard/driveway, and finally, (3) ask the homeowner which bathroom the crew can use while on-site. Overall, I am very happy with Comfenergy and their service. In fact, I have already recommended them to a curious neighbor."
