Capital Insulation just finished a two-day project at my home, removing old, poor quality attic insulation and replaced it with 21 inches of blown fiber glass insulation. They sealed joints, insulated and sealed around sky lights, recessed lights, put new covers over recessed ceiling lights, etc. Jon, team lead, is awesome, a true professional, and task focused to deliver superior results. The crew worked together well with a positive work attitude which I admired. You can see that they enjoy their work and take pride in what they do. Since most of us home owners don't get up into our attics much, if at all, it is important to find a company you know will do the work you pay for. This is a high-quality company with integrity that will do outstanding work for you and you will no longer need to worry about what is going on in your attic. Karl, the company owner, was also in the attic doing work at my home and pointing out to me things he found and offered solutions for fixing problems

In addition, there was some post-installation repairs that needed to be done, as a result of their work, and the issues were fixed within 2 weeks of the job being completed. Overall Karl and his team did a great job replacing attic insulation in my 80 year old home. Karl is a seasoned pro and very thorough. Gave us good options for our job and was upfront about certain aspects of the job that were not essential and would just inflate the price. His price point a fraction higher but worth it for piece of mind. Flexible in scheduling. Showed on time and completed a tough, dirty job in under 3 hours. Amazing.

Karl, the owner, personally came to estimate the job and also when the job was actually being done. He provided very upfront, detailed estimate, explained every option and steps to be taken and did exactly what he promised (actually better, as he found ways to avoid some cuts in the ceiling - saving me money). The owner Karl came and gave us our estimate and then was here when the work was being completed, from start to finish. They came on a very rainy day and cleaned up behind themselves...all of the employees on site that day were very friendly. Karl answered our questions timely and was a real pleasure to work with. They were very professional and customer focused. There were a couple areas that they found during the installation that they insulated without questions or seeking additional payment. They did an outstanding job and provided service beyond the basic contract, very, very rare but much appreciated. I can not say enough about their work. They cleaned up and I didn't find a single speck of insulation or any other items. They treated my home as if they were doing the job for themselves. The estimate was very clear and broke out several additional services. They actually encouraged me to not pay them to do some of the items as they said it was something that I could easily handle. They were correct and with their guidance I saved a couple hundred $$s.
