"Honestly - Ayoub Carpet Service is AMAZING!!! Both the person giving the estimate and the technicians who did the actual cleaning arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I truly am astonished at how clean they managed to get my (very, very dirty!) carpet!!! Willy and Jamie managed to get out years of grime and stains well beyond my wildest expectation. I have been so embarrassed of how bad my carpet looked I didn't want to invite anyone into my home. Now it looks almost as good as it did before 12 years of wear and tear (including a 135 lb dog going in and out the back door right onto this carpet)! Honestly wished I had called them years ago... I just didn't think it could get this clean again. Highly recommend and will definitely have them come do my next cleaning!"

Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process. "Great experience! Wayne, the owner, was quick to respond to my inquiry regarding re-stretching my carpets. I was able to get same-day service. I had 3 rooms of carpet re-stretched, then also cleaned. Wayne did a superb job. He was very careful and considerate of my home. Everything was totally cleaned up when he finished.
