I truly am astonished at how clean they managed to get my (very, very dirty!) carpet!!! Willy and Jamie managed to get out years of grime and stains well beyond my wildest expectation. I have been so embarrassed of how bad my carpet looked I didn't want to invite anyone into my home. Now it looks almost as good as it did before 12 years of wear and tear (including a 135 lb dog going in and out the back door right onto this carpet)! Honestly wished I had called them years ago... Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet.
