He pulled my sewage extractor pump, found the impeller jammed, and tried to clear it. Unfortunately, testing then showed that the pump motor was dead. So he even offered to wait while I drove to Home Depot to buy a new pump for him to install. Problem solved, and in a single trip. Incredibly responsive; very friendly and capable; happy to explain exactly what he did. Not inexpensive, but probably competitive with what I'd pay anywhere else. Recommended, and will call him again for future plumbing issues."

The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

I thought it would be a quick "yup, your water runs and your drains drain" kinda thing, but Randy was extremely detailed in his inspection and checked the sump pump, water quality, faucets and spickets (including pressure relief valves and aerators), water softener, water heater, reverse osmosis system, toilets, showers, bathtubs, & flow rates. In addition, Randy was great company with awesome conversation. I asked Randy to complete a quote for me to install a sink in the garage because of his attention to detail. Thank you, Randy!
