He explained to me the entire project top to bottom and explained pricing options. We wanted a garbage disposal added and he gave us options to have either way. We hired Ruma Plumbing to do the job and man what a great experience. Wale came over with the proper supplies, He was again one time, I got a phone call when he was on the way by the way which I really appreciated so I could alert my zoom conference that I may need to step away for a moment, Again shoe covers and clean workspace, he installed my new sink and garbage disposal and cabinet setup all the pipes are done beautifully he cleaned up the area before leaving, I have been very happy with the new sink in my lower level, the garbage disposal works great and looks great! "Come out on a Saturday morning and fixed the sump pump and piping at a minimal cost. Gave a quote for replacing pump with caveat that the current pump works so it wasn’t urgent. I asked them also to put in a quote to replacing piping also. Got a reasonable quote and they conducted the repairs a couple of days later without any fuss. Good quality work putting the pump in and dealing with some challenges of an older house."

He gave the price for parts and labor upfront. He replaced my old sump pump with a new Zoeller Sump pump. As he was working he patiently answered my questions. He cleaned the work area thoroughly. Excellent job."

"The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

"The process was explained in great detail which helped me understand what was recommended to have done and why. The Comfenergy contractors that came onsite were super friendly and respectful. They did a great job and showed me the work that they did. The only issue I had was that they didn't know what to charge me after the work was done. I had to look up what I had put down on the deposit, then let them know the balance. The next company to come out was Atlantic Duct Cleaning for the duct cleaning and the Aeroseal duct sealing. Again, the contractors were friendly and thorough. They showed me before and after pictures of the ducts, and I got a report of the Aeroseal results from before to after. I can feel the difference in the warmth of the home. I would recommend both companies."

"JES Foundation contracts all their electrical work out to Root Electric. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. I highly recommend Root Electric and JES Foundation to anyone who needs their expertise."
