He pulled my sewage extractor pump, found the impeller jammed, and tried to clear it. Unfortunately, testing then showed that the pump motor was dead. So he even offered to wait while I drove to Home Depot to buy a new pump for him to install. Problem solved, and in a single trip. Incredibly responsive; very friendly and capable; happy to explain exactly what he did. Not inexpensive, but probably competitive with what I'd pay anywhere else. Recommended, and will call him again for future plumbing issues."

"Come out on a Saturday morning and fixed the sump pump and piping at a minimal cost. Gave a quote for replacing pump with caveat that the current pump works so it wasn’t urgent. I asked them also to put in a quote to replacing piping also. Got a reasonable quote and they conducted the repairs a couple of days later without any fuss. Good quality work putting the pump in and dealing with some challenges of an older house."

He gave the price for parts and labor upfront. He replaced my old sump pump with a new Zoeller Sump pump. As he was working he patiently answered my questions. He cleaned the work area thoroughly. "The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

"So, the first one to come and inspect and give an estimate was a different company; if we hadn’t had Prince William Plumbing out here after that, this other company might have scammed us out of many thousands of dollars by replacing our main service line. Prince William Plumbing did a much more thorough investigation and discovered that the problem was a connection to the sprinkler system and not the main line. They saved us so much money, while also being incredibly professional. Even the techs that came out to do the work were awesome. Truly great people at this company."
