"Come out on a Saturday morning and fixed the sump pump and piping at a minimal cost. Gave a quote for replacing pump with caveat that the current pump works so it wasn’t urgent. I asked them also to put in a quote to replacing piping also. Got a reasonable quote and they conducted the repairs a couple of days later without any fuss. Good quality work putting the pump in and dealing with some challenges of an older house."

"My sump pump was starting to fail. Shane was able to confirm the problem and replace the sump pump. From initial call to replacement was one day. Excellent service! After work was complete, everything was cleaned up. Overall, professional service and efficient billing/invoicing/etc. I highly recommend DB. "Today’s service was outstanding. Adriel did an awesome job getting my broken furnace up and running today. Furr installed this furnace 6 years ago and we have had a lot of issues, but Adriel was super helpful and knowledgeable! He even corrected an issue that dated back to the original installation by installing a new humidifier pump and moving it to the correct, out-of-the-way location in the utility room."

Sewer ejector pumps need to be cleaned at least once a year by a professional. You shouldn’t attempt to clean it yourself because it can release sewer gasses that are toxic to humans and can be fatal. But to keep the system as clean as possible between professional inspection and cleaning services, be sure to only flush human waste and toilet paper.
