I hired RightNOW Plumbing to install a new water heater. Johno provided excellent service for a very good price. I felt he was honest and didn't try to up-sell me on any products like the other companies that provided quotes for the project did. I would definitely hire this company again in the future.

RightNow Plumbing reliably provides competent, scrupulous, trustworthy service. Recently I engaged Andy to service our well-water acid neutralizer tank, because I questioned the reliability of service by another company 13 months earlier. Andy tested our water and found that its pH value was 6.97, which was consistent with previous readings over the past six months when he did other work for us. Because our well-water pH is essentially neutral, Andy explained the acid neutralizer tank is not necessary. He offered two options: 1) remove the tank (thus leaving us with only the water softener tank) or 2) empty it, which option I selected. He also reduced the cost of the service call. Andy’s approach starkly contrasts with the other company that for years took advantage of an unsuspecting customer by charging almost $300 to “service” the tank and unnecessarily adding expensive calcite. Very fast and professional service! I received a text just 5–7 minutes after submitting my request on Angi. Kati explained the process and quickly scheduled an appointment. Johny arrived within an hour, inspected the old heater, and although he suspected it needed replacement, he still contacted the manufacturer to explore repair options. The repair was estimated at $300–$400, but we chose to replace the unit instead. The replacement was completed within 5 hours of the initial visit. Kati and Johny were patient and informative, walking me through payment options and explaining the differences between heater models. Overall, excellent service and quick turnaround. I wish it had been a bit more affordable, but I couldn’t get quotes from other providers without a home visit. Highly recommended!

Our water heater was not producing hot water. The pro visited our home and did a thorough diagnosis. I was impressed with their expertise knowledge. He advised us on the options and helped us order the required part from another state with urgency. I met both of the owners of this company when one responded to assess my current water heater (Brian), and the other came to do the work (John). They were both exactly on time to their promised time (one was a few minutes early). The customer service person (Katie) was very good at communicating schedule options and to working with me when I had to shift to the next day. The install went seamlessly. Since John had to move my washer and dryer to do the work, he not only retrieved the inevitable socks and random coins, he actually cleaned everything back there for me. The space was left spotless and the areas he had to traverse to bring the units in/out was protected and clean. Because my current water heater had ceased creating hot water, I had less time to shop around and get the "lowest" estimate. I feel strongly that the level of service and the responsiveness was well worth any $$ I might have been able to find with "deals" and/or promotions. I'm very happy with my choice.

Forget the others and Use this company! At minimum include them in your estimate search. Honest & professional.

Fast, courteous, and professional. Knowledgeable and discussed the issues pros and cons. Used drop cloths and were great about keeping clean, their work was dialed-in for hot water heater installation. Reasonably fair pricing. I went with RightNow mostly because they were personable with outreach and cost. Bonus was next day service. These guys were straight shooters.
