"I followed a lead a friend mentioned and having a water management basement drain system checked to see if any blockage going towards the sump pump. This is the 30th year of having the water management inside basement draining system. Placed a project and shortly got a call from Dun Rite Drain Cleaning. I was able to speak to an actual technician as my job is not about sewer, toilets, etc. Spoke with Sterling at Dun Rite Drain Cleaning and he gave good information and he also agreed I should contact the company that has the warranty. He did mention that the companies in general hire out the drain inspection as they do not have on staff such personnel. I was given a rough quote as FYI. The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. "I called the plumber because I had a leak in my house I thought was attributable to a leaky dishwasher.  When that turned out not to be the case, I called the plumbing company for an emergency appointment, as water was pooling in my basement.  The company had a plumber call me promptly to arrange an appointment, and conveniently the plumber finished the job and arrived at my location within 45 minutes. 
The plumber promptly identified the problem and explained why he believed that was the problem.  The plumber then just checked potential alternative causes nonetheless.  This turned up the improper toilet installation.  
From here the plumber discussed the fixes and costs related to the various options with explanations.  I then explain the options I would like to pursue, and the plumber began working offering to show me the issues as they could be readily observed as he was completing the repairs.
I plan on using this company for all my future plumbing needs.
