"We are the 2nd owners of a 15 year old home. Don't know why the original owner/builder did not put a sump pump in the basement, as it would have been a cheaper option in the end. If you are building a new home with a basement, put a sump pump in, don't scrimp on what is a very valuable insurance policy. After looking at a handful of other companies to retrofit a sump pump in our cellar, we picked All Aspects Waterproofing, LLC. They did a great job! Very high quality work, and outstanding service. "We have worked with Beacon in the past. They were very responsive and scheduled us quickly this time for a GFCI outlet replacement in an outdoor window well sump pump before it rained again (Our basement had flooded with the previous rain.). Chris was on time, very professional and gave me an estimate with options. We decided on a cost effective option for us now along with some recommendations and estimates for some future work.
