He explained to me the entire project top to bottom and explained pricing options. We wanted a garbage disposal added and he gave us options to have either way. We hired Ruma Plumbing to do the job and man what a great experience. Wale came over with the proper supplies, He was again one time, I got a phone call when he was on the way by the way which I really appreciated so I could alert my zoom conference that I may need to step away for a moment, Again shoe covers and clean workspace, he installed my new sink and garbage disposal and cabinet setup all the pipes are done beautifully he cleaned up the area before leaving, I have been very happy with the new sink in my lower level, the garbage disposal works great and looks great! "The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."
