He explained to me the entire project top to bottom and explained pricing options. We wanted a garbage disposal added and he gave us options to have either way. We hired Ruma Plumbing to do the job and man what a great experience. Wale came over with the proper supplies, He was again one time, I got a phone call when he was on the way by the way which I really appreciated so I could alert my zoom conference that I may need to step away for a moment, Again shoe covers and clean workspace, he installed my new sink and garbage disposal and cabinet setup all the pipes are done beautifully he cleaned up the area before leaving, I have been very happy with the new sink in my lower level, the garbage disposal works great and looks great! He pulled my sewage extractor pump, found the impeller jammed, and tried to clear it. Unfortunately, testing then showed that the pump motor was dead. So he even offered to wait while I drove to Home Depot to buy a new pump for him to install. Problem solved, and in a single trip. Incredibly responsive; very friendly and capable; happy to explain exactly what he did. Not inexpensive, but probably competitive with what I'd pay anywhere else. Recommended, and will call him again for future plumbing issues."

"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."
