The company uses the latest communications tech to book the work and advise of the technician's arrival. Christopher Merino, the electrician for this task was clear about the task and charges and swapped out my old master bedroom ceiling fan in about an hour, attentive to my desires of color temputure for the LED lights and setting control switches to my wall light switch and the fan remote. The company uses electronic billing and produced the invoice and warranty document before he left. In the office Christopher and Michelle asked appropriate questions to define the requirements and kept me informed with updates. Second time I've used them.

Jamie our plumber arrived right on time & very efficiently performed three jobs for us. These included replacing a kitchen disposal, installing a vanity water faucet, flushing the water heater. He patiently explained each task and stayed until all were completed. We were so pleased we've entered into a service contract with Beacon Home Services.

Andre showed up a bit early, which was fine and within the window I was given, which was a nice surprise. I feel that with some other companies, they kind of show up whenever they can. Andre listened to what I had to say (which some places really don't bother to do) and then checked under my sink and then explained my options. He wasn't really pushy with the options that I didn't want. The work took about as long as he estimated it would and he did a great job cleaning up after he was done. He demonstrated that everything was fixed and showed me the new ball valve he installed and asked if I had any questions. Beacon then sent me a receipt with pictures from the work. Beacon does great work, but be prepared to pay a bit more than you're probably expecting. having said that, I'd hire them again.
