He pulled my sewage extractor pump, found the impeller jammed, and tried to clear it. Unfortunately, testing then showed that the pump motor was dead. So he even offered to wait while I drove to Home Depot to buy a new pump for him to install. Problem solved, and in a single trip. Incredibly responsive; very friendly and capable; happy to explain exactly what he did. Not inexpensive, but probably competitive with what I'd pay anywhere else. Recommended, and will call him again for future plumbing issues."

He gave the price for parts and labor upfront. He replaced my old sump pump with a new Zoeller Sump pump. As he was working he patiently answered my questions. He cleaned the work area thoroughly. "Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. I highly recommend Root Electric and JES Foundation to anyone who needs their expertise."
