My old Kenmore heater still had 5 years left on the guarantee but Sears said it would be 3 days before they could even schedule an appointment and that all guarantee service had to be done by Sears. C&W came out the same day and had a new Rheem heater installed that afternoon. They did a great job and the new heater works as it should. A couple of days later a garden hose bib started leaking so I called them back to fix that. Even though it wasn't an emergency like the heater they came out that afternoon."

"Ralph and Jake did a great job installing our water softener. Once we decided to get a filter/Softener system my wife and I did some internet homework and had 3 companies come out and quote for us. "The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."
