"Cr& W responded quickly when I contacted Angi with an emergency water leak in my house. C&W sent Samuel who spent the next 11 hours finding the problem (a failed pipe), removing my water heater, cleaning up the mess, correcting some issues related to installation, and replacing my water heater. (The water heater was not the villain in this case but it was old enough that it warranted replacement.) Samuel was personable, kept me informed, and kept at it until I had hot water restored."
