"Their service was great. They were timely. Before I used their service, I sent them pictures of the boxes and stuff such as my bed frame. They gave me an estimate. It was a helpful service especially since I was new to the area. It was great because I did not know where to recycle or where to dispose my stuff. They were easy to deal with and I was pleased."

Waste Removal Services questions, answered by experts

Yes, concrete is recyclable, but you can’t just drop it off at a traditional recycling center. Most major cities have specific concrete recycling centers that will accept your concrete disposal and break it down using industrial equipment. Recycled concrete can be used to create environmentally sustainable items like gabion walls to protect shorelines.

No, you can’t throw your trash in any dumpster you come across—in fact, that’s considered illegal dumping, and you could be fined for it. Use your own household trash cans, and rent a dumpster for a large volume of waste. Alternatively, take it to the landfill yourself or hire a trash hauling service.

The only packing material that isn’t often recyclable is rubber, but rubber bands aren’t common for packing and moving. Some materials used for moving, like cardboard, paper, and hard plastic, are easy to recycle and can often just go out for regular pickup with your other recyclables, like cans and bottles. Plastic films and packing peanuts can be a bit more difficult to recycle and usually need to go to a dedicated recycling facility that can handle those specific materials.

Environmental considerations include preventing leaks, avoiding soil contamination, and ensuring proper disposal of all tank materials in an eco-friendly manner.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is to take it to a professional dumping facility that specializes in and accepts hazardous materials. These facilities will dispose of the materials in a way that is safe for both humans and the environment. If you don’t have access to a nearby facility, the best way to get rid of hazardous waste is to call a professional garbage removal company who handles disposing of hazardous materials .
