"Received a letter from the city stating that my tree limbs did not have 14' of clearance as needed. I found Perfect Trees and Paul on Angie's List. I texted him (really nice when you are at work all day and can't make personal calls), and he immediately responded and said he would go by and give me an estimate that day. A couple hours later he had an estimate with a few different options. You can appreciate the options when you are on a tight budget like myself. I set up an appointment for the next day, New Year's Eve, and Paul's crew showed up earlier than expected. These guys were very friendly and walked around the property beforehand to make sure we all were on the same page about what needed to be done. They made sure they knew where to stack the brush for the city to pick up, and when I realized there was going to be way too much brush for my alley, they graciously helped me load it into my pickup so I could haul some of it off to the dump. Otherwise, I would have had some upset neighbors with brush blocking the alley. They even offered to help me and my wife unload a front door that we went and purchased while they were working on our trees. Once they finished up, they cleaned up any remaining tree limbs and debris. All the brush was stacked neatly in my driveway/alley for pickup. The trees look wonderful and they did an excellent job. The price was very competitive based on a few other quotes I had gotten. I will no doubt be calling Paul again when I need tree work done!
