I’ve been very happy with this service and have used them a few times now. They are reasonably priced, professional, always on time, and very friendly. We tend to have boxes that pile up, along with things we need to discard, and our neighborhood bulk pick up isn’t always reliable, so we call Junk Genius and they get the job done!

This father-son duo was absolutely who I needed for this job. I tried unsuccessfully to donate these items to a charity--none of them would agree to come into my house and move them down from our upstairs, so in order to give the stuff away, I would have had to hire movers to bring them down and out to the curb, and that would have cost me upwards of $400, as I would soon learn. So the "donation" would have cost me a fortune! And after I saw what it really took Garrett and Peter to accomplish this arduous task, I quickly realized I would have had unexpected problems all along the path to making that charitable donation happen. For one thing, this entertainment center was extremely well made, so there was no just popping it apart and carrying it out. They had to saw it into pieces in order to get it down the stairs, and several of the pieces were incredibly heavy even so. And you can't find anyone to take this kind of TV, and it is not eco-friendly to just dump it. They came on time, even a bit early, and worked like demons the entire time, even offering to vacuum up any remaining sawdust that had escaped the blanket they put down for that purpose. So I am convinced I had somehow had the fortune of discovering the very right people for this job. So my encouragement to anyone else is, if you have a similar situation, or even if you just need somebody to haul something away, this is, without question, who you want. I honestly have to say I wasn't expecting such personable, nice, caring, responsible workers. I felt they earned every dollar of the price Garrett had quoted me up front, and on top of that, I got a 10% percent discount because of Angie's List--I ended up essentially giving them it back to them in the form of a well-earned tip and felt great about the experience, beginning to end. Definitely would use them again and refer them to anyone unquestionably.

We used Garrett and Junk Genius to tear down and haul away an old shed. Garrett along with his son and another worker arrived promptly that morning and got to work. Within 90 minutes, the shed was removed and the site was cleaned up. I felt the price was high (even with the AG discount) considering the work and time needed so I'd recommend getting at least 3 bids as I'm sure the other two would have come in way lower.

It went very well! They stayed in touch with us throughout the process. I gave him my credit card number over the phone. We got an Angie's List discount. Garrett arrived at the time I sent him a request - surprised us both.  He was in the neighborhood,
jumped right in, gathered the stuff to haul away on his truck with his son, who owns the
business.  All done quickly, neatly, pleasantly.  It's nice to bump into a service that exceeds
what it promises.  This was certainly one, and I would recommend them highly.
