"The installers did a very good job of working out the framing of the walkway to make the landings approximately equal in size while having to accommodate a curving and sloping layout. They were careful in digging and did not damage any of several sprinkler system pipes that were right in the middle of the layout. (Unlike a prior contractor that had done work for me.) The job was not rushed so that attention was paid to the details, and the job was completed in a week. They did a very good job of cleanup at the end of each day and at the completion of the project. Luisa took care of the city permitting which made it easier for me to get HOA approval for the walkway. We have a nice looking and functional walkway that gives us much easier access from the street to our front door instead of making our way up a very steep driveway."

"Cabinet front panels for new SubZero refrigerator. Paul Alvarez was very quick to respond; pleasant over phone and by text gave me his price by looking at photos I sent him for this small job. He picked the panels up-sanded & painted them and delivered the panels back to me all in one weekend. It was a good experience and I would definitely use him again!"

"the custom built gazebo met our expectations and more. It is solidly built and looks great. The work was done quickly and accurately with good materials. It's created a nice little place in our yard."

"Brent Cody is friendly, explains the issue and solution and is easy to work with. Sprinkler work was performed and completed and has not been an issue. Tuneup was efficient, system and all sprinklers were checked, replaced where needed, and updated sprinkler heads due to landscape change."

"I'm extremely happy with the end product. The cedar board-on-board fence looks great. Brandon was very nice, easy to work with, and above all honest. I would hire him again and I would refer him to friends."

"Everything went according to the contract. Robert has a great crew to work with. The siding looks beautiful and we are very pleased with the decorative touches by the window and the nice gable vents on the ends of the house. We are very pleased with the end result.

"This is the second time we have used Affordable Fixers, and again they did an outstanding job for a reasonable price. They do the work themselves, including the order of materials. We had half our fence blow down, and I had gotten a bid from another company, yet they wanted to replace the entire fence, including the gate. I was looking for a solution that would fix our current fence and replace where needed. I contacted Tom and Jessie, they came out and gave me some good ideas, along with how they would solve the issues. They ended up replacing half of the fence and repaired the other portions, saving me money in the long run?"

"Excellent work. Professional, very responsive to all questions and request. Cost was as quoted even though they did work in the quote. They installed siding, a door and new storm door, painted new door, shutters and garage door to match new siding. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Owner (Jessie) was on site ever day. Installed new light fixtures for front door, backyard motion light and motion light in carport. Very satisfied with entire project."

"This was my first new fence purchase, and Jeff made it as easy as possible to get a fence that is not “one of the best”, but “the best” on the block. And compared to other quotes, the was the good (quality) deal."
