The crew did a great job installing my new Palisades Zoysia sod! I’m very pleased with their work and have received several compliments from my neighbors on how good the lawn looks.

My project strutter off as necessity to remediate flooding in my backyard near my house. This team came in and provided a very detailed, bid and scope of work, and talk through the project with me. I clearly understood the solution. During the project communicated future phases of the project. And within one day this team was able to bid those services and fit my budget overall. They installed drains, put in rock and regraded areas installed edging and new sod. Almost overnight we went from having a backyard that we did not want to spend time in to a place where we want to invite others to.

Torres Landscape did an amazing job! They showed up and got to work right on time. We had 2000 square ft. of sod installed and they started at 8:00 and were completely finished by 2:00. They did exactly what they said they would do. It's almost been a month and my yard looks great. They were very fair on price (not the cheapest but not the most expensive). If you're looking to have your sod replaced, I would highly recommend Torres Landscape. I don't usually do reviews (good or bad), but I feel like they are worth reviewing. I hired Torres Landscape to redo my front yard and they completely exceeded my expectations. They listened to exactly what I wanted and provided clear communication throughout the entire project, which is very important to me. There was only one minor scheduling discrepancy in the beginning but the work they did completely made up for that. I will be using them for future projects.

Job was well done but in the process the sprinkler was broken and the contractor is refusing to fix it.

I thought Jose was a good guy when I hired his team to remove a bunch of shrubs from my property, the work was well done, or so I had thought. A week later my sprinklers ran and had a gushing tower of water spewing on the side of the house. Jose assured me before the job started, that if they caused any damage to the irrigation system that they would have someone come out and fix it. Well I informed them of the broken sprinkler pipes exactly where they removed the shrubs and they have been ghosting me, avoiding, and doing nothing about it. I had CitiTurf come out to assess the whole irrigation system and they said it is about $500 worth of damage to both the sprinkler lines, heads, and the foundation drip line. Which is obviously why Jose Torres is avoiding fixing this. That is what I get for picking the lowest quoted offer and not signing any paperwork before the job started. The one time I did not pick a bigger company that has a warranty on their service, I get screwed over by Jose Torres. Thanks buddy, appreciate the work!

Friendly, efficient, nice recommendations for plant choice

Jose came out immediately, measured the project, estimated cost and gave me a quote the next day. A few days later I asked him to return to discuss changes and he came the following day, did the new cost and gave me his quote very quickly. After speaking with 3 to 4 other contractors without satisfaction from them, I hired Torres. They started work within a few days and completed it in a timely manner. I did not give them any money down and I paid them the entire invoice the day they completed the work and were ready to drive away. Very responsive to change along the way.

Jose delivered all he promised in our initial conversation: removed existing grass, prepped the soil including tilling, provided exceptional quality sod, precisely placed the sod, and rolled it. The crew was on time, very skilled, and thoroughly cleaned up when finished. Upon completion, Jose ran sprinkler system, made adjustments as needed, and recommended a watering schedule. Jose communicated promptly and took pride in providing outstanding customer service. The quality of sod installation exceeded my expectations!
