"The vendor came out twice.  Found damage to the ductwork in the attic which allowed heating and air conditioning of the attic; the wiring had been done incorrectly at installation and two relays were needed.  The repairs were made, and the owner did not charge me for some of the work.  The people appear to be very honest and knew what they were doing.  No one I have used for maintenance in the past 9 years ever uncovered any problems with my unit.  It is now working more efficiently than it ever has.  You can bet that I will be calling them for my maintenance in the future.

"Excellent! This is our third time to use K&M Appliance. We used Aggie's List for our dishwasher repair. The second visit was for replacement of our ice maker, and this last time was for the gas cooktop repair, which just needed 2 new seals around the burners. Excellent company! "They were very professional and knowledgeable about the systems. For this install there were some issue, I forgive them for this obviously I am giving them an A. They sent someone out immediately to fix it at no cost and got it running immediately. Even more, specificity, two months after they installed it I found out they had mistakenly installed the wrong filtration system in the AC. It was a lower grade one and they came out and fixed it and upgraded the system free of charge. It was outstanding, I didn't expect them to do that I was willing to pay for it but they did it for free. 

The area for improvement would be the ability to find customer information in the system when the customer calls in seems to be a bit slow at times and the associates on the other end struggled to find the info in a timely manner."

"Summary: Very responsive and reasonably priced repair service. Great option if you are trying to avoid replacing an expensive older appliance. Our 20 year-old double oven stopped functioning. I went through a bunch of companies to consider but Apex has great reviews. Tyler came and quickly opened the oven. He pointed out that control board was most likely the culprit and replacing it would give several years of life especially since there were no moving parts. A common problem is that these parts are no longer manufactured. He found a company in Austin that fixed these parts. He gave an estimate of $300 to fix the part and about 2 weeks to get it back. A week later he came by with the part and installed it. Tyler is great , unassuming and very reasonable. I would strongly recommend him to anybody who is considering repairing their appliances or at least knowing the options. You know from the onset that he is going to go out of his way to help you"

All of the work was accomplished in a timely and very professional manner. He worked diligently to get the work complete (in between the raindrops).

Mike involved us in the decisions, and always explained our options. He took my wife to the Wholesale nursery and she was able to look at the plants before they were installed.

Needless to say, we are very, very happy with the work.

I would give Mike a grade of A+ if it were possible.
