Hello Mr [Member Name Removed], I am sorry you are not happy with our service. You called us out for diagnostic call in April of this year. We came out diagnosed your issue for a sensor connector and glow bar/sensor. 2 parts. You have a High End Appliance. Parts are not inexpensive and to work on these units requires a very experienced technician. You decided not to go with our quote which is perfectly fine. Then you call us 2 months later wanting your diagnotic fee back because you did not like our quote. In fact you told my assistant if we did not refund your money you would place this review. If you had a problem with our service I would think you would call the day we were out or within that week. We provide excellent service that is our number 1 priority. There is another company with our same name located in south Texas and we happen to get alot of people getting us mixed up and placing reviews on the wrong company. Again, I am sorry you were not happy with paying our diagnostic fee but we have to charge a fee or we would not be in business. Thank you and have a wonderful day.Service Provider Response
I am sorry you are not happy with our service. Unfortunately we were I believe the 3rd or 4th company American Home Shield sent out to fix the issue. American Home Shield was sending us the incorrect part as they provided all their own parts for their clients. You have a Viking built in refrigerator that required me to send 4 men at one point. We did complete the job for your door to beable to close on its own. I am sorry you are not happy with our time frame but this is out of our control for the availability of the parts and also AHS sending it to us. Hello [Member Name Removed]... I don't know why you are calling us scams. You called a call into your home warranty company on your dishwasher. We scheduled your appointment and called when we were on the way. We arrive and you cancelled at the door. So my tech had to drive to your home. You did NOT cancel prior to us arriving. We have never left anything unrepaired ever in our 10 years of business. We also hardly go to Valley View. Only once in a while for extra trip fee. That is a bit out of our area. Hello [Member Name Removed], I am sorry if you felt we did not do much. We arrived at your home on September the 28th between 9-11 am. My tech noted on the invoice that we found no leaks and your unit was giving an error code which indicated Pressure Sensor was needing replaced. You chose not to proceed with repairs. We left you an estimate for repairs. I also reached out to you by phone and left you a message. We don't want you to be unhappy with our services. Respectfully, MelissaInstall appliances.
