Hired them for fireplace maintenance at 200 per unit. and $ 107 for part, he did not resolve any issues, did not clean the fireplace and left it in disrepair.

He did a really Job!

All he did was shock vac the recommended a $5-$6k gas fireplace just for labor.

Eric was the technician that contracted us. He was quite professional and did an outstanding job. He kept us notified periodically (since he had to order some of the parts) and actually received the parts early and made an appointment asap. He showed up on time and had the job completed shortly after that. We would recommend him to everyone if you need help.

Showed up on October 4th to collect his $107.16 to look at the project. Was supposed to give a quote. As of today, October 11 he has disappeared. Do not use this guy, he just collects money to show up and look.

Right on time and a clean up that impressed me

I tried to contact them several times, there was no response. I texted the technician and his manager. I did not have any estimate for the project he charged me $99. The problem of gas fire place was not fixed. Their communication is very poor. I demand have them to reimburse me $99. The technician who inspected the project has very poor knowledge in gas fireplaces.

when they set the appointment they never said that there was a fee to diagnose my fire place. they told us about the fee after they diagnosed the fire place..

On time, polite and got the job done

The repairman was rude insisting that I was wrong from when I previously had a repair on the fireplace. I did not fully understand the process done previously so did not use the proper names for what I was describing. He and his helper talked in another language then. After asking more questions he then tried to explain it to me but never apologized for his rudeness. He charged me 600 dollars for a part and diagnosis of the problem. Seems extreme to me. It was a common part and could have been the problem but the cost was high. He then began chatting with me and thought my house was valued way above its value. Could he be overpricing by what he believes our income to be? Not impressed will not use it again.

At first I wasn?t going to use them because I was given a date and time and the time wasn?t kept. I?m a really stickler on this but gave the person a chance. If you say you will come between 9am - 10am and don?t show up or call that is a big deal. A person did call later to say they were coming and did a great job later that day but I almost didn?t hire them because of this. Eric the guy that came out did great.
