A+ on curb appeal.They handled all the paperwork from the temp loan company, the utility company (less than two weeks to actual power conversion), to the tax form information. Stacey came over and gave me a quote for no charge within a day of me contacting him.  He was able to come back two days later to replace the AC and gas furnace.  The old unit still worked so there was no immediate need.  His crew was great.  They had to deal with a tight attic space and ended up working all day to get the new unit in.  Once done they walked me through everything before asking me to sign off and pay.  I've already spoken to them about coming back out in the future to do some painting and other work.

"Dring has always been very good about pointing out things that might need to be repaired without doing any unnecessary work. They are reasonably prompt for my appointments. They do a very good job of keeping things clean. The last time they were out for the maintenance they added more Puron than normal and warned me that there might be a leak in the system. Once we found out there was a leak they came back out to clean the air coils, and re-attached a pipe so that it was secure. They did a very thorough job. I have been pleased with their service."

Now we feel protected every time there's lightning -- which is often in North Texas. Seamus will come periodically to check the system over a period of time.
