We received 3 bids for a window casing and trim repair around the entire house. Sean came out on time and provided a very competitive bid which we accepted. Sean completed the entire job in just three days. His work was professional and precise. Sean even added a finishing touch by adding an architectural piece showcasing our address numbers clearly above the garage door. We just hired Sean again to do some ceiling and wall repairs from a roof leak. We couldn't be happier! Thanks Sean and BBF Construction!!!

Sean Park is experienced, efficient, punctual and knowledgeable. He worked tirelessly for 9 hours in the Texas heat replacing, caulking and painting trim on our bay windows & exterior garage doors. Sean is diligent and does excellent work. He kept me in the loop due to weather delays and how the project was progressing. My siding is unusual and Sean went out of his way to find a matching product for repair. English is not his first language and communication can be a little more challenging should you have hearing impediments.

Sean contacted me on Monday, came to assess the project (replacing the chimney siding and other roof trim) on Tuesday, started the project on Friday, and completed the project on Saturday. I had been putting this off for so long and am so relieved that I chose Sean to do the work. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and my interactions with Sean! You can tell that he cares because of the small details, like how he cleaned up the job site, was proactive with what should be done to make the house look even better, and texting when he would be arriving and how long he would take. Showed up on time with all materials needed, and painted exact color match to exising paint. Did a great job and I would hire them again. I checked on them from time to time and they did carefull exact work. They replaced water damaged fiber board with hardy board. and patched two critter holes in my attic. Very good work for a reasonable price and did the job in one day. gjood

I can t say enough good things about this company. They went above and beyond perfecting the repair they made to our roof eaves that had been eaten through by squirrels. They made zero shortcuts and were punctual and so nice!!! I HIGHLY recommend.
