He inspected the unit and provided choices and recommendations of what could be done to flush and service so the unit (which was intermittent) would function properly, and the costs involved. He was very patient with my questions, and invited me to observe. Joshua also gave suggestions on proper care and that I should drain the unit during extreme freeze events to prevent damage. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Pricing was based on the service performed, rather than an hourly rate. The repair cost was in line with other estimates, which, like everything else, has gone up substantially over the years. based on the excellent and prompt service, I'll certainly call Henco in the future."

"The appointment was easy and quick to set up via phone call. The service provider arrived on time, reviewed & confirmed information that had been discussed on the phone, then got to work. He explained everything he was doing, answered unrelated plumbing questions, was generally friendly and efficient. He was careful to clean up after himself and obviously respected my home. Would use again and would recommend to friends and family. Also, note: they are strictly a drain cleaning service; if you need something more he will happily provide a recommendation but have no reason to upsell."

"Our system was checked and water heater flushed.  No plumbing issues were identified, which was good although we think there are things that could be done to improve the configuration of a couple of our pipes to improve drainage from our sinks.  We have an outside water faucet that is in need of replacement, but that isn't something that could be done by Simpson Plumbing in this case.  Overall, the man that came out was a reliable, nice and honest person and we got some basic things done, but it may have been better to use the money on some higher priority issues.

"Gene phoned prior to arrival just as promised. He also arrived within the window of time I was given. It took him about 30 minutes to complete the repair. He also did preventative maintenance on the hot water side as well since both valves are the same age. He even let me know where my water shutoff is located since living in a condo makes it a little confusing. Additionally the price came in just as I was prepared for with the initial quote. Great experience!"
