"Kevyn called to let us know he was 10 minutes away. He cleaned out a second story gutter and the downspouts on the back side of the house. Then he washed all of our windows, inside and out, and left them sparkling clean, with clean window tracks. His manner is cordial and thoroughly professional. I think he was at our home for 3 to 3-1/2 hours. The only downside to the experience was the oil spot his truck left on our expensive driveway. When I told him about it after he was gone and I discovered it, he apologized, said he wasn’t aware his truck was leaking oil, and offered to come back and try to clean it off. I declined his offer, and elected to work on the spot myself. I don’t have before and after photos to show, but we were thoroughly pleased with the work Kevyn did for us, and will call him the next time we need the services he offers. "

This team replaced the entire fence and built it to conform with association guidelines. Company owners were leading the team throughout, and very easy to work with. "We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid."
