"The time from our initial call to tech on site was the next AM. The tech called about 30 mins before his arrival. Our water heater is 14 years old so we feared the worst. However the problem was merely a pilot light that went out. The tech made sure the pilot light was working and the water heater was heating properly. He explained how to relight the pilot light very clearly. He then provided us with estimates for various replacement water heaters but without any sales pressure.
