"We have a basement bathroom with a floor drain that backs up when the shower is used. Both the toilets in this old house were getting tempermental, too, so it was time to call a plumber.    Well, Keith called me the next morning, and ended up coming an hour early, which was great. He and his helper, Dan, were friendly and helpful, and got right to work. They had all four drains cleared in no time, ran lots of water to test them, and then Keith explained to me how to avoid problems in the future. All of his suggestions were relatively inexpensive things I can realistically do, and I will.  The whole thing was quick, clean and DONE, taking only about 20 minutes start to finish, and on top of that, Keith ended up charging me for only two of the four drains he cleared.
