Contacted Henco for service of a Noritz On Demand water heater, and a next day appointment was available. Joshua arrived at the scheduled time. He inspected the unit and provided choices and recommendations of what could be done to flush and service so the unit (which was intermittent) would function properly, and the costs involved. He was very patient with my questions, and invited me to observe. Joshua also gave suggestions on proper care and that I should drain the unit during extreme freeze events to prevent damage. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Pricing was based on the service performed, rather than an hourly rate. The repair cost was in line with other estimates, which, like everything else, has gone up substantially over the years. based on the excellent and prompt service, I'll certainly call Henco in the future.

they charge me for $375 on toilet installation and vanity and faucet installation for $1090.78 and that is way too much. I've tried to contact them for a refund and they said that they're going call me back but didn't do it. There's one time that I've called them recently but they hung up the call.

Excellent experience. Compared to all the other plumbers who came out an gave an estimate I could tell that Henco new what they were doing and showed confidence. Loren was an excellent problem solver and was able to accomodate my request to move the whole soil stack 5 feet to an exterior wall. Very happy with the work. An additional nicety was they had a "build back" guy (Chad) they had available to restore surfaces and paint. Very convenient. Finally, all projects have hiccups... mishaps can happen but I am glad to say Owen was very fair and reasonable to deal with. Overall I highly recommend Henco. I have already recommended them to multiple neighborhood friends. Everyday I use the plumbing I smile.

It went very well. They improved the original drainage and I’m much happier with it.

Prompt and on-time had to come back after inspection. Did not have parts on truck. $200 for two faucets costing well under $20 at a big box store plus 15-20 minutes work on an easily accessible wall above ground work seems a little steep.

They were referenced to me by a contractor that I was using. They showed up on time. They did what they said they would do. They cleaned up after themselves all the time.

The plumbers did a great job of getting the job done in spite of the frequent unexpected issues presented by our home. Remodeling can be a serious roadblock to future projects, like plumbing, if you need to change or upgrade it! The crews were personable and approachable and took the time to answer questions, when we had them. They were very professional and completed the work quickly in spite of the many obstacles they encountered. If I ever need any more plumbing done in my house, Henco Plumbing will be at the top of the list of whom to call!

I called Henco’s after I had another company come out and give me and estimate and to look at our water heater. The first company immediately gave me the doom and gloom “this water heater’s going to blow up at anytime, you need to replace it today”! (They just so happened to have a new one in their truck) I said I’d get back to them and then promptly called the second plumber on my list. The owner was very kind and gave me his opinion without trying to get business. I asked if he could come out and give an estimate on repair/replacement, he had someone here within a couple hours. Owen was very nice and honest, he said our water heater was NOT going to blow up, but it was leaking (we already knew, that’s why we called). He didn’t push any sales on us but we asked for a quote on replacement. His quote was MUCH less than the previous guy and Owen explained the differences in the water heaters available. We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Henco showed up when they said they would and they performed the work we asked them to do. They did a good job with the replacement of the pipes. The water flow improved throughout the house and the drains were functioning much better - no more water backing up in the hall bath tub when the washing machine was draining. The Sheetrock work was the weak link in this job. In places the sheetrock replacements looked good, but in some spots the work was sloppy and they did not clean up very well after they completed their work.

We strongly recommend Henco Plumbing Services. Henco provided a full-service, inside and out, plumbing overhaul of our older home here in Vancouver. They completed drain and water repiping (including some related items—installing a heat pump hot water heater, dishwasher, faucets, etc.), ran a new water main line to the street, and replaced the sewer line from the house to the city service. From the time they came to walk through the project plans with us in preparation for preparing their bid all the way through to the completion of the lengthy (and not without surprises) project--this team was friendly, professional, hard-working, and knew their business. Since we knew this was a major investment and shouldn’t be taken lightly, we engaged with a variety of companies recommended through various methods including Angie’s List, neighbors & friends, etc. We asked each group to come to the house, walk through our goals, offer suggestions and value-added input based on their experience, and help us develop the final project plan and scope. Some companies said they’d come to the house and never showed. Other companies came out, promised to deliver a quote, and even after follow-up never did. But there were a few good companies that did respond. It came down to two top contenders and after follow up questions we chose Henco. We knew this would be daunting and that we’d have lots of questions before and during the work, but the Henco team offered good advice, gave good answers to the multitude of questions, showed quality problem-solving skills especially when it came to the surprises we encountered, and even came back for follow-up tweaks once the major work was done with no fuss. It bears mentioning here, also, that not only did they do a super job with all the plumbing services--the service people that worked in our home were very respectful of our home, coordinated closely with us because we had pets in the home, made sure we had water services available as much as possible to minimize inconvenience, and diligently cleaned up after themselves each day. They were conscientious and really surprised us with their can-do attitudes. Their pricing was comparable and/or competitive depending on the part of the scope being discussed. I say the pricing is "good" and is a "B" rating because it would take something really over the top to receive an "A" "excellent" rating from me. We have recommended them already to friends and would use them again if we ever needed to, but we’re hoping that won’t be for a long time. :-)
