Upon arrival they explained clearly the procedure and the tools they will be using. Throughout the procedure they were very polite and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. They reattached my airvents properly and took out some bad insulation. "I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. We don't have the nicest house in the world but after they have been here we certainly have the nicest looking house in the neighborhood. Douglas and his team are responsive and professional and do an amazing job for a very reasonable price. Our lot is 7,000 SF. We had a lot of leaves, mud, branches and shoots coming out of the ground from a plum tree's droppings. Although there's nothing they can do about the mud (and this was just a basic clean up - not an overhaul) It all looks beautiful now. When time comes for the overhaul, we will definitely call them. They are also very respectful of an area in the back garden where we have a memorial to several pets we have lost over the years. And one of the guys has a lovely singing voice. Bottom line, I would recommend Ramos in a heartbeat and we will continue to have our yard dome by them for as long as we live in the area.
