Fixed the problem quickly, were very polite, and showed me how to fix it myself if it happens again. The leak was caused by a loose washer in the faucet handle.

Great. He found the metal blocking the disposal and saved me having to install new one. Tightened my faucet in about half a minute. Replaced line and shut off valve to my dishwasher, increasing my water pressure. Showed me how to take toilet fill valve apart to clean out rust so I did not have to call them again.

parts charge is triple what Home Depot charges.Trip charge was also excessive. When it is an emergency repair they have you over a barrel.

I have never written a review for a company. I usually just let it go. I am inspired to write this one. First job was an active leak after hours. They were on top of it with an on-call team. It was expensive as expected after hours. Jordan went above and beyond. When he needed something from the truck - he would run there and back! Cost was $575 and could have been a lot worse. Give this an A on this job. Second job was routine replacement of a frost free hose bib/spigot. I rehired this company because of the previous work done. They started the clock once they start driving to you which, unfortunately sounds common. Ryan seems knowledgeable and is nice. Instead of checking with me about moving a wire he just piped around it so the wire is now trapped in a loop of plumbing. It's high voltage 220 to the stove under the sink. We talked about what it would take to revise. He said a hour. This was not worth it to me nor was haggling about it. Now, the plumbing circuit to the hose bib sticks out 6 1/2 inches and traps the hardwired 220 to the stove. To be fair, it sounds like he could only bring this back about 1 – 2 inches max if you remove the wire. But I have a strong feeling that running at 220 wire through copper piping carrying water is not code. Even if it is, just seem like something you would redo if you found yourself accidentally doing this yourself on your own place. The cost of the work $310 I give this job and D+

Onto me, fast, great work and affordable.

Company answered immediately when called; our water was off for the whole house due to a leak in a supply line inside a wall. We wanted it fixed as soon as possible, so we were quoted the emergency rates, and our job was scheduled for at or after 4:30PM the same day. Thirty minutes after the first call, we got a call back saying one of their technicians was on the way (3 hours ahead of schedule). When the plumber got to the house, he introduced himself and went straight to work. He quickly identified the problem was with a part accessible from outside the wall, replaced the problem part, helped troubleshoot a leak that started when the water was turned back on, and was done. We were not charged the emergency rate, and he apologized profusely that it had taken slightly over an hour so he had to charge for part of the second hour. That didn't bother us at all; cost was still much less than the minimum cost of an emergency call. The plumber was courteous, efficient, and excellent at communicating what he was doing and why. We will call this company with any future plumbing jobs we have. And hopefully they won't be emergencies!

Tyson was great! We needed some last-minute emergency small jobs done before the final sale of our house. He came out the same day (Sunday), quickly assessed the jobs needing attention, and fixed them. The time and price quoted was pretty much right on, and I feel that his work was well worth it. I would absolutely recommend.

great! He showed up on time and did great work. It was also great that I could pay with my credit card right after the work was done. I just wish I would have hired them earlier.

Technician listened to my concerns about each faucet, and he explained what needed to be done to each faucet to get them to work properly and satisfy code purposes. One of the faucets required cutting into an inside wall to access the pipes for the spigot. The technician did a great, clean cut measuring about 10" square in the inside wall, and I could see his work on the pipes in the wall cavity. The cut was very easy for us to patch and paint. The second spigot was easy for him to replace. The third spigot will not be as easy as the technician needs to research the appropriate replacement spigot then return a second time to finish the job. Payment of $360 is only for 2 repaired spigots and does not include work for the 3rd to be repaired.
