We contacted Dominick and he walked us through the whole process and kept us in the loop every step of the way. When he came to the house for the estimate, he noticed the ground for the hose was disconnected and fixed it on the spot. WOW!!! During the morning of the project, the team were attentive and courteous. When they entered the house, they put on disposable shoe coverings. That was remarkable. "We hired Abdul, of RRS Builders, to take over a stalled deck construction and installation project from a previous contractor who had disappeared with our money. We had a hard time finding someone to take over the partially-started, messy job, requiring many corrections. We found RRS through the subcontractor who had fabricated the frame of the deck, and had also been robbed by the first contractor. Before signing a contract, we thoroughly researched RRS and Abdul through a private investigator, who found no problems. Abdul corrected all of the first contractor's mistakes and built us a beautiful deck in just a couple weeks. His crew was reliable, meticulous, and respectful and his pricing was reasonable. DOB immediately approved the deck on our land marked building without any issues. We would love to work with Abdul again and will go to RRS immediately with any future jobs."
