"Scott and his son Paul are the best and we’re so happy we chose them. They did a major renovation for us last year and everything went amazing. We highly recommend Chatel Construction"

"CNM Construction was the best in business. Very well done. Highly recommend. Thanks to Max."

"We interviewed and took bids from eight different contractors for our kitchen renovation. What impressed us immediately about David was his interest in the project and his suggestions for how to coordinate the finishes into a cohesive design. He paid attention to the details. Then his estimate came in and it was excellent. Not only that, but the work timeline was by far the shortest. Once the project began, we saw how organized and efficient the company was with their work schedule. Our neighbors approached us in the hallways to tell us how courteous and friendly his work crew was. This was our first major apartment renovation in a co-op building, so we were plenty nervous. David was calm and steady throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, he was available, and got us the answer. He was attentive to any request we had in order to have the project finished to our expectations. As with any major project, issues did arise, but David was very responsive and dealt with all of them to our satisfaction. He also accommodated issues that arose with materials, etc. which were not his responsibility. He found solutions for us that exceeded our expectations. At the end of the day, we wanted communication, thoughtfulness, and trust from a potential contractor. David delivered on all those points. As we enjoy our new kitchen each and every day we feel fortunate that we settled on Mayanda. We look forward to sprucing up our bathroom with his help."

"Howard has been very up front. Very punctual and timely in responding. His crew did a wonderful job on my place. I would highly recommend him."

"Excellent contractors! We keep hiring them. They are extremely efficient. And they do it all. They worked on our bk condo by adding a staircase and building a second floor from scratch., as well as a total kitchen remodel. They also did a complete cosmetic update renovation to my mom’s house in queens. You know you have great contractors when you go back to them to get more work done."

"These guys were terrific! They were punctual, professional, and paid attention to detail. And they were very good about cleaning up after themselves! The job took longer than expected because the pantry walls were in such bad shape, and they did it the more difficult way in order to save me as much space as possible while leveling out the walls. They make sure the work is done right, and they stand behind it. I had a little surface cracking issue caused by the intense humidity these last few days, and they came right back and fixed it up in no time flat.
This was my first experience dealing with a contractor, and I couldn't be happier. I hope the rest of the work being done in my kitchen/pantry goes as well!

"I hired BEX Contracting to skim coat and paint my mother apartment. Bex was very helpful with mount of paperwork required by the building. The apartment had a lot of cracks in the wall and ceiling. Bex and his team did a fantastic job scraping the cracks and skim coating to a smooth finish both walls and ceiling. The paint job was very good. I highly recommend Bex and his team."

"Just finished my kitchen reno with KBR and I?m seriously impressed. The team was super professional but also just really easy to deal wit which makes a big difference when you?re living through construction. They helped me make smart choices without ever being pushy, and everything came out exactly how I pictured it. If you?re looking for a contractor you can actually trust, these are your people !"

"I hired Tony to renovate my kitchen. He has been very professional from the start. His craftsmanship is superb. Other contractors have been in my apartment and even commented on how wonderful he created the kitchen. Workers were on time daily and only stayed on my project until the end. Tony completed the project ahead of schedule. Pricing is reasonable and transparent. I cannot wait to work with Tony again on future projects."
