"Jacob and his team did a fantastic job on both of my problems. The first instance was a gas valve install for a new gas oven/stove. In addition to installing a gas shut-off valve, he also went to obtain the correct parts at a local hardware store. As is typical for a job like this, he then re-ignited all the pilot lights on the applicable appliances. Finally, he made sure the stove/oven was operational. The second call included a clog removal on a toilet/sewer line. This required the removal of a significant quantity of tree roots after taking out the toilet. The options were described in detail so we could make an informed decision, knowing the pros and cons involved with each. After each job was complete, Jacob cleaned the area thoroughly. Very happy with his work and professionalism and glad I didn't try to do the work myself."

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."
