I wasn't informed of a fee for an estimate until the day they were supposed to provide the estimate and they would not confirm the estimate fee would be placed toward the project. I don't need or appreciate last minute changes that should have been explained on the initial phone call.

Robert was on time and checked what needed to be done for our drip system. He was knowledgeable and was able to figure what needed to be done and fixed the leaks and replaced the tube.

I called Lobo Plumbing one day and Robert showed up to provide an estimate later in the day. While I had envisioned a much bigger and more expensive project, he suggested an alternative that solved my irrigation problem and was lots less costly. On the appointed day he showed up exactly at the time he had said, and performed the work in its entirety.

Was told by ANGI that this plumber was knowledgeable on RV Repair. The plumber had never worked on RVs plumbing. $500 down the drain, oops not down the drain because it still does not work.

Showed up with just a pickup with few tools and no supplies, could not complete the task, I had to help out and use my Bore scope to look inside piping. I finally just paid him, to get him gone

"ON THE AFOREMENTIONED TRUCK, WE HAVE ALL THE PARTS AND MATERIALS WE NEEDED FOR THE JOB, AND WE'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 30 YEARS, SO WE KNOW A LITTLE BIT ABOUT CLEARING DRAINS. HE MENTIONED HE WAS WORKING 120 HOURS A WEEK, HE WAS CLEARLY STRESSED, AND THAT MADE ME A BIT CONCERNED FOR US BOTH. BUT HE ALSO HIT ME IN THE HEAD WITH THE DOOR INTO THE WORKSPACE, WHILE I WAS WORKING ON THE GROUND ON THE DRAIN THAT WAS IN THE LOWER SECTION OF THE WALL. HIS ATTITUDE WAS APATHETIC, HE BROUGHT HIS OWN CAMERA INTO THE WORKSPACE WITHOUT US ASKING HIM TO DO ANYTHING. I TOLD HIM WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO TO GET THE JOB DONE AND HE DID NOT WANT TO DO IT. THEN FOR NO REASON, HE JUST WANTED US GONE WHEN WE WERE CLOSE TO BEING DONE. THAT IS HIS PROBLEM, NOT OURS. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU BE MORE RESPECTFUL IN THE FUTURE, AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS, AND STOP ATTRIBUTING YOUR FAULTS TO OTHERS."

Did not really accomplish anything. Spent too much time not doing what he was there for at an extremely slow pace and then charged for the extra time. Would have been ok if he had not charged for the extra time (above the quote). Easily doubled or tripled the amount of time necessary to complete the job

The contractor incorrectly installed the water filter and he charged me too much for the time that he provided the service.

"Mr. Al took it upon himself to repair a simple issue without calling the original contractor. His invoice states that he used an unlicensed handyman and at least two other individuals to try to complete this simple repair! So now he hires a company that charges $139.00 an hour! What is this guy complaining about? He made his own bed of issues. PS- It would be outrageous for us to stand behind other peoples work!"

Robert came right out that morning and went to work. It took him at least a couple of hours to get it done. H e used a system I wasn't used to seeing, but it seems to work. there are some lines exposed but I guess that's alright, we'll see. I'm sure the work is guaranteed if I need to call back during the trimming of my hedge and bushes.

Robert called me from my request. He came to my house promptly and on time. he worked on my drip system. He was awesome. He helped my with all the issues and assisted me with another issue I was having with my garage door. He was pleasant and professional. I would hire him again without a problem. His price was fair and his work was done quite professionally. I was having an issue getting my garage door open and he fixed that problem immediately as well. He is a small business owner. His work is excellent.

Was charged $850 for a job that was not even finished. He never even came to fill the hole back in or clean the mud off of the wall or check to see if the sprinkler manifolds were leaking or installed properly. A very poor job.

"Mr. Rodriguez paid and signed a invoice stating that he was satisfied with work done, we even gave this guy a break on the cost for labor and parts! We had the city come out because of pressure issues, they had to replace the water meter due to a major leak in his MANIFOLD, it flooded his back yard and street! I should not have come down on my price. He was always complaining about something!"
