"[Member Name Removed], we appreciate the fantastic review and are glad we could be of service. If you have any further needs or questions, please reach out! Thank you for calling Cartwright's Plumbing & Heating!"
"Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. We apologize for any miscommunication with regard to your service warranty and how payment was handled. We certainly apologize for this instance and will use this information to hopefully insure such behavior doesn't continue or happen again."
Since 2013, I've chosen to use Cartwright's on behalf of ownership of Canyon Village Apartments, exclusively, for our Property. Further, I request to have Mario as our main technician, having developed a working relationship with him on behalf of Cartwright's, to service both our HVAC and plumbing issues. When he hasn't been available, we've had other techs, but Mario knows our property very well and any issues that have come up. The few other techs we've had were likewise efficient but Mario exceeds them. With 130+ apartments and townhomes to maintain for the benefit of the residents, we work to keep everyone as happy as possible and that means professional, prompt service, on-call, from all vendors. We have had, since 2013, calls for AC replacements, AC airhandler repairs and replacements, large water heater repairs/replacements and regular plumbing issues when our staff was on vacation. Cartwright's has consistently responded to calls for service and Mario has kept us informed about parts he may need, return times, etc. Further, he's taken the time to explain the work to be done, the work that was done and how something has broken and what to do to avoid it otherwise.
In dealing with the office staff at Cartwright's, which is infrequent during the year, they've been professional and courteous as well.
Our Management company doesn't allow perks or other benefits from vendors to property Managers, so this is an unsolicited review. If, for some reason, Cartwright's work quality and professionalism slipped, I would edit this review to reflect that. But we've been satisfied with their service, very pleased with Mario's work and expect this to continue.
Ed showed up promptly, inspected the job, explained his diagnosis, explained in detail my options and put together an estimate of costs of repair. After I accepted the estimate and authorized the work, Ed left briefly to get the needed parts and returned a short time later. He worked quickly and his work and demeanor was friendly and professional. When I need HVAC work in the future, I will call Ed and Cartwright's first. I recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
My wife and I have been customers of Cartwright?s Heating & Cooling for four years, and during that time, Ed Romero has been our radiant heat/boiler service technician. For most of that time our radiant heat system worked fine, and required only minor repairs and seasonal maintenance. Unfortunately that changed this past year when our system failed, plaguing us with runaway heat. It was a complex problem and between the failed valves, broken thermostats, and mismarked floor zones, it took an expert to troubleshoot the entire system and get it back on line. Ed Romero did just that. He not only repaired our heating system, he mapped and marked the zones and wires so it can be easily maintained going forward. That kind of professionalism is rare in today?s world, and is highly appreciated by befuddled customers. I might add that Ed always arrived at his scheduled time, or telephoned well in advance if he was going to detained with another client. Thanks Ed, and thank you, Cartwright?s Heating & Cooling! Ed?s patience and exceptional customer service make him a standout in his field and a professional we can recommend with the utmost confidence.

Paid $650 to have the hammer issue resolved
After that visit (the second visit) they left a badly dripping pressure relief valve that had never leaked before
Took a third visit to replaced that value
Still have some plumbing hammer and now have no heat to the house -- not so good of a result
Changing plumbers today!
The quality of the work was awful as the plumber was incapable of doing a welding job. The owner is a rude, nasty man.
