I had two other companies work on this problem. Both failed, but both took my money. ABQ P H C fixed the job right the first time. Should have gone with them in the first place would have saved money and time. Preston T. saved the day!

  • Neli Virtual Appliance Repair
Harmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt.
    - Jon N.
They were notified by Angie's List of need. They called immediately, being in the area. They came out, diagnosed the problem, gave us a loaner part, which started the freezer up again, and returned that afternoon with the new part. The freezer now working normally. Would definitely hire again. Cost was in the range of expected.

  • ABC Appliance Repair
Decided to replace the machine, they gave me suggestions. So we only paid the diagnostic fee, which was reasonable.

He did not have the parts needed to complete the repair. I paid $140 down and will pay another $140 when the parts come in to be installed. There are several parts needed and the labor is also figured into the total cost. I'm saving about $100.00 by not buying a new unit. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. His company is one of the few that work on microwaves.

It was amazing to have the level of courtesy and professionalism from them. I called around 10am, had a tech out shortly after noon on same day, which all other places were days or weeks out. Norman was polite and extremely knowledgeable on the operating system and was able to fix a factory loose connection in a matter of minutes. The place I purchased unit from would not come out until middle of next month, so that shows the level of service they offer to their own customers. Well worth the service call fee which was considerable less than 3 other places I had called and was told several days/weeks. Will definitely suggest and use them myself should I need any other appliance repairs. Thank You Norman for being an Honest man for fixing problem instead of trying to suggest/sell unnecessary parts. Gives me hope that honesty and integrity still exists in this world.

  • Choice Home Warranty
After 2 different appointments with a CHW plumber I was not convinced that the way they wanted to repair would cause more future problems. I elected to repair myself since CHW would only cover approximately half of the repair. I am still waiting for them to contact me to get the drywall repair done. After 5 phone calls and numerous emails I have yet to get any answer about finishing my job. So do be aware that when you have a claim that it may take longer than 30 days finished.

Great service. Technician was very professional and explained everything as well as showing me where the problem(s) were. Worth the money!

  • Ortega's Appliance Service Today Inc
They did not give up on the problem that I had, they persevered, they had to come back 4 times to get the problem solved and they only charged me for one visit, even the owner came out to check and solve my problem, they eventually discovered that the fan I needed was no longer available, the final advice was to put back the original fan, and putting back the old fan solved the issue of the freezer. I have used them twice already and will definitely use them again in the future.

Very responsive office personnel when making appointment; on-time arrival; quietly competent repairman; masked/social distance observed. Two thumbs up!
