"On August 18th my wife noticed some water pooling underneath our LG washer. After moving the washer and taking a quick look it was obvious that there was a significant leak. So after doing a quick search on Angi, I decided to call ABC Appliance Repair to set up a service call. The Wednesday morning when I called I thought it would be at least a week before they could get me on the schedule but, to my surprise, the scheduler told me they could schedule a Wednesday 1:30pm-3:30pm service call window. The technician, Adrian, arrived on time and was clean, polite, and professional. Once Adrian removed the top of the washer he instantly found the problem; a couple of leaky valves. He would have to order new valves and said the valves would arrive by Friday August 20th. The morning of August 20th I get a call from ABC to let me know the valves arrived and could they schedule a 1:00pm to 3:00 service call window. Adrian arrived promptly @1:00 pm and took a hour to install the new valves. My experience with ABC Appliance Repair was excellent. The tech arrived within the service call window and was professional. The new valves were ordered on Wednesday and arrived on Friday as promised. I will definitely use ABC for my next appliance repair."

"Tim Marshall is a true professional- I had a leak in the front of my dishwasher so I gave Tim a call he responded quickly and gave me a recommendation on what could have caused the supposed leak. It was due to us improperly loading the dishwasher. He could have very well not told us this and just came to our home and charged us a surcharge and told us the something. Not many people are ethical in their business practices but I believe Marshall Appliance is very ethical. I will call him for all my appliance repair needs from now on. Also, no more leak, operator error."

"He did not have the parts needed to complete the repair. I paid $140 down and will pay another $140 when the parts come in to be installed. There are several parts needed and the labor is also figured into the total cost. I'm saving about $100.00 by not buying a new unit. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. "Provider stopped by a week prior to take a look at what had to be done. So when he came to do the work, he had the proper parts. The shower needed a new cartridge. He showed me the old one, compared to the new one and explained why it was leaking. On the toilet, the seal had been replaced 6 years ago under the home warranty but it started leaking in the front - left and right sides. The earlier leak had been behind the toilet. He showed me the new seal after it was installed and explained just what he had done. He said if there was a small crack in the toilet itself, it was hard to detect but sometimes that happened. It looked to be okay on Friday, the day he did the repair. Then on Saturday there was a small amount of dampness behind the toilet - also on Sunday. It would have been undetectable unless you were looking for it and I did not feel that it was a cracked toilet. I checked again on Monday and every day since, and it is completely dry."

"The repair went very well. I had talked to them on the phone and the plumber brought the correct fitting with him to the job. We discovered during the repair that an additional piece was needed, so he ran to the hardware store at no additional charge. The repair was completed correctly and the job site was properly cleaned when they were done.

"He did a good, clean, professional job.  Unfortunately he could not solve the problem.  It was an electronic part that is no longer available for replacement. I did not rate him A on everything because I am disappointed by the results -- not his fault.  However I couldn't rate him on fixing the appliance because he could not fix it.
