  • Carrasco roofing
Small leak in garage roof leaked into pantry of house. Hector Carrasco came out, inspected problem, gave me a fair quote and explained how repair was to be made. When asked how long the repair would take he told me it would only take one day. We made arrangement to do work and crew showed up early morning and finished job by mid afternoon. Very pleased with quality of work

I found them by my neighbor, they were good, easy to work with, communicating everything so no surprises. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond.

  • AAA Roofing Co
Our sincere thanks and profound gratitude to AAA Roofing for a thorough and timely roof repair for hail damage. From the very start, HB, your sales rep was on site, offering timely counsel plus solid and knowledgeable recommendations. Having sought estimates from four (4) different roofing contractors, all of whom were either no-shows or no responses, the AAA team was always prompt and most importantly, accountable...a rare commodity in the often irresponsible world of roofing contractors. The repair team left our roof area, the grounds and gardens adjacent to our property squeaky clean. That guarantee was fulfilled in great part because of HB's meticulous follow through. Need roof repair? AAA Roofing comes highly recommended by this happy customer

  • Futuristic Roofing Systems
My roof was the tar and gravel kind of roof and was more than 20 years old. I was advised by my handyman it was time to think about getting a new roof. My first inclination was to get the same kind of roof. I changed my mind after asking my handyman about this other type of roof. Futuristic Roofing was recommended by a friend who had had them do 2 roofs for them on their 40+ year old home and also had done roofs for her parents. The work started within 3 days of my deciding to use this company. They started on time at 6:30 each of 3 days and when the work was done, they cleaned up every speck of debris. This was especially difficult because there is no way into my backyard except over the roof or through the house. They never came into the house, but went over the roof and even put a ladder down from the roof into the back yard to clean up there. They even did the same to get into a small open-air but otherwise enclosed patio to clean up bits of gravel that had landed there. This work also included the installation of 2 skylights. They put tarps down in the bathrooms where the skylights were located to catch any debris from the removal of the old skylights and installation of the new ones. Although this roof has a 20 year guarantee, my handyman, who used to build houses with his father, said it would last 100 years. Either way, I won't have to worry about a new roof ever. Very pleased with the work, the workers, and the entire experience. I highly recommend this roofing company

  • Sun Rise Roofing
I began the search for a roofer some eighteen months before discovering SunRise Roofing through a recommendation by Chris Leonards at RWC roofing supply. Over the past 26 years, RWC has always pointed me to the right people to help me with my flat roof issues. I did not want a tear off losing the insulation value of the old polyurethane foam roof applied back in 1975. All the roofers except those who did silicone said I would require a costly tear off. Some of the roofers recommending TPO admitted that the heat sealed seams of TPO applications require periodic inspections and maintenance, and TPO can be penetrated if something like a swamp cooler panel corner is accidentally dropped or carelessly sat down on the membrane. Moreover, a TPO application requires gluing or nailing, or both to secure the membrane to the roof decking, and after a tear off, additional repairs may be required before application. My roof was solid to walk on and only minor leaks had developed 25 years after a bituminous overlay of the foam applied in 1975. Over 45 years, the foam compressed, causing ponding resulting in the canale basins becoming higher than the average plane of the roof. So, I considered a silicone application which withstands ponding and does not require a tear off. Hence, SunRise was recommended. Upon calling SunRise, Daisy advised me SunRise no longer was doing silicone applications due to discovering a superior, tougher new roof application, Ecodur, manufactured by Castagra. See: [*** Link removed ***] After investigating TPO, silicone, poly-elastomers, tar and gravel, and torch down, I settled on the Ecodur, applying two layers with polyester fabric embedded between and no tear off required. This results in a seamless, flexible bond which is impossible to tear without using a power saw, industrial scissors and box cutters; is difficult to penetrate unless using a hammer and nails; withstands ponding; is maintenance free and easy to permanently patch or repair in the extreme unlikelihood of damage. Ecodur finishes like a dance floor! Compared to other roofing materials, it's like science fiction. As a do it yourself kind of guy, in most of my experience, others doing work for me usually leave something to be desired after declaring the work finished. SunRise Roofing is the exception to this. After agreeing to the cost and the simple straight forward terms of warranty, for extra measure, SunRise's crew custom formed various shapes of channels to shed and direct water toward and out the canales, virtually eliminating the extensive ponding which served to break down the roof since owning the house; this, despite Ecodur being able to withstand ponding. Martin Nevarez, the owner of Sunrise welcomed my participation, suggestions and applications of my own knowledge regarding the roof I have lived under and maintained since 1972. Martin and all his employees acted as my partners in getting the job done to my standards or better. Moreover, without exception, his business operates like a family, and after working with his superb crew, I couldn't help but feel that I had become a part of the SunRise family as well. Everyone at SunRise acted in behalf of my interests and were not satisfied until I was. The results are what I would have wanted to achieve if I had to do the work myself; I can offer no higher praise than that. Daisy, Camille or Marjorie will answer your call and get you in touch with Dale Petty or Larry Price to get you started. Marjorie has done her own roofing applications of Ecodur, likes to experiment and thoroughly knows the characteristics of Ecodur first hand and will charmingly share her experiences with anyone who is interested and wants to learn from her

Shiloh Alvarado was readily available and he answered all of our questions, phone calls, & e-mails in a professional and timely manner. Shiloh's use of a drone to inspect our roof was an impressive aspect of the roofing installation process. Rocky Mountain Roofing Services LLC did an outstanding job in installing a new "TPO" roof in only 2 days! The working crew was friendly & cooperative. The price that was charged for our roof was fair and reasonable. Rocky Mountain Roofing LLC exceeded our expectations & we happily recommend this company to other prospective customers

Greg Gonzales and crew, your a life-saver. After having wind damage I called several roofers and Greg was the only one to call back and actually seemed interested and cared. After talking with Greg he was very helpful and knowledgeable and ended up saving me money. Prior to getting my roof done I developed a small leak and Greg was there to do a quick patch job. I felt like Greg answered all my questions and he is very personable. The crew was hard working and they cleaned up the job site before leaving (I'm amazed at how clean it was, thank you crew). I love my new roof and can’t thank Greg and his crew enough! I will definitely recommend you. Anyone looking for a roofer, call Greg. Thanks guys

No work done but Tony did a great job of identifying what is wrong and recommended a company that can do the work.

I needed some repair work done on my roof. I called and set up an appointment. When they arrived I explained that “I don’t do ladders” to which they replied: “No problem. We’ll text you pictures”. They sent pics and emailed me a quote detailing what was to be done. A couple weeks later Kevin Reece sent an email notifying me of the start date. Dave and Joseph showed up on time, sent me pictures of the ongoing project and of course pics of the finished job. I am totally satisfied with the work they did and will hire Reece Roofing for any future needs and will definitely refer them to friends and family
