""We are sorry that in our ANGI service description on ANGI.COM it was not clear to you that we are only a virtual service. As stated on the booking page, Neli is a virtual service only, and by agreeing to the terms and conditions you confirmed your understanding that no one will come to your home. Also, in your confirmation email it states this was a virtual service only. The appointment email also described how the upcoming virtual appointments are going to work. The terms and conditions let you know you could cancel up to one hour before your appointment for a full refund. We did however refund you 50% of your purchase in good faith after you started your virtual appointment and spoke to one of our techs. After the appointment started you decided you did not understand the appointment was virtual only. We are not sure after all that, how you believe you were "railroaded"."
