I requested him because I remembered him well from last year -- very knowledgeable, fast and efficient, very polite, and very good about watching out when coming through the door to make sure my cat didn't try to escape outside. Once again, he was very helpful and nice. He did the switchover very fast, measured CO levels (I've noticed that not everybody does this), and reminded me of a roof repair situation that I still need to get done. Much appreciated because I had forgotten about it. He also took the time to talk to me further about options when I mentioned planning to install refrigerated air in the future. He gave me some very useful info for planning purposes. So, I highly recommend him. If his supervisor is reading this right now, well, then, I think Terence should get a raise."

We discovered during the repair that an additional piece was needed, so he ran to the hardware store at no additional charge. The repair was completed correctly and the job site was properly cleaned when they were done.

My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range.
