Contemporary PaintingBuddy and his team did an outstanding job on making our large western cedar wood Pergola look like new again. They sanded down all of the slats and beams, power washed and applied a redwood penofin. They took the time to apply the penofin by hand because spraying it on doesn't look nearly as good. We are extremely happy with the results because the pergola looks better now than when it was brand new. Buddy and his team are courteous, always show up on time and go the extra mile to ensure the work space is kept neat and clean. Above all else Buddy has a keen eye for detail and takes great pride in his workmanship. He doesn't take shortcuts like some contractors do. They mentioned they would have to wait to schedule services until the promotion ends. And then they would schedule a block of customers that lived in the same area. iClean LLCI found iClean through Google local. They have good ratings as an honest reliable business and their website is professional with good info. I called iClean for the initial cleaning service. Adan was professional and answered all the questions I had. This is the first time I have used a cleaning service. I was a little nervous about not being present when they arrived, because of my small indoor dog. But when I arrived, I had found that not only were they careful that the dog didn't get out, but also that they were friendly and playful with my dog. They made friends instantly. This is important to me, because my dog is a member of the family. His safety is important. The house was cleaned from top to bottom, dishes, floors, door windows, fan blades, dusted,beds, carpets, stairs, bathrooms, etc. The cleaning crew was careful with my delicate items and put things away like they knew exactly where I kept things. My kids rooms looked fantastic and the furniture was polished. Overall I am very pleased with iClean and have recommended them to my family and friends.- Albert L.

iClean LLCAdan was hired to clean a VERY dirty home that had been a rental that is being put up for sale. There's no describing how dirty this home was. Fortunately, the walls had been painted and the carpet replaced before he got there. His crew was also hired to clean the VERY dirty windows and tracks, and to pressure wash the interior of a VERY dirty garage, and to pressure wash the driveway due to an oil stain. They arrived on time, were very professional, and did a fantastic job!! I doubt this home had been cleaned in 6 years...that's how dirty it was. In fact, I was not surprised one bit that there were a few things that got missed, and when I called them back to take care of it, the way they responded was extremely professional and timely. We give a number of option and prices for the work that needs to be done. We use STO, Stucco, and also use STO SILCOLASTIC PAINT. All materials and work come with a warranty. Our roofing company had told us that we needed a new roof after a leak. They also told us it might not fix the leak because we needed stucco repair to be done. Ferbie from Bonifacio Montano came to give us an estimate for stucco repair. Instead he told us we do not need a new roof but do need maintenance. He told us the stucco was not the problem and would not fix the leak. He found where some clearstory windows are rotted and leaking, causing our water problem. He said the rest of the stucco on our house is not too bad but we can call him if we would like an estimate for re-stuccoing our home. He gave us insight and information about stucco. We found him to be very helpful and honest. We will certainly contact this company if we need their service in the future.
