Cregger Plumbing, Heating & CoolingMy water heater quit working on Sunday and by Monday evening I had the old one removed and a new one installed, thanks to Cregger Plumbing. I originally put in a request with Home Depot for same day service, but after they quoted me 1300 dollars to install a 600 dollar water heater I had to decline. So I purchased a big deal via Angie's List and received a phone call from Cregger not more than an hour later to schedule my water heater installation. Thankfully, they were able to add me on that day around 5pm. The technician, Kevin Jacobs, arrived on time and had the old one out and the new one installed in a little over one hour. He took care not to make a mess or damage the walls when transporting the tanks up and down the basement stairs. No leaks, no issues a week and a half later, very satisfied with the on site service, and office staff of Cregger Plumbing. Thank you for a job well done.- Christopher D.

Cumming's Plumbing Inc.Our water heater was 20 years old and it was time for a new one. Cumming Plumbing scheduled me quickly. The day of installation they were running about 30 minutes late because of the customer before me but they had the courtesy to call me and let me know. Then they called on their way over, which I always appreciate. They removed our old 40 gallon tank and replaced it with a 50 gallon tank and a new CO vent in less than 2 hours. Brad is a very focused professional, knowledgable, and did a great job. He got right to work and didn't waste time. He was courteous and kept our wood floors covered so as not to damage them during transport of the water heater. There was no mess for me to clean up in the basement...just a new shiny water heater.- Aasia R.

Had an issue with our washing machine not draining. Problem was a bad lid switch. Dean from LOPHC was professional, courteous, and responsive and diagnosed and made the repair quickly. Price was completely reasonable. Definitely recommended and will use again in the future.

Delta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

I have used Fletcher Inspections three times over the past nine years. Twice for homes in Michigan and most recently for a home in Ohio--yes, Fletcher can inspect in both states! Fletcher once saved me from buying a bad home--he found mold, carpenter ant damage, and water damage! In the two homes I purchased, with a clean bill of health, Fletcher thoroughly inspected the homes and wrote a very detailed and well documented (with many photographs) report. He also provided great advice on home maintenance. It's also great that the owner, Jeff Fletcher, peer teaches around the country--he and all his employees know their stuff! There is no one better!

This is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with. I had called to ask if someone was available for a same day appointment because my son had flushed a shampoo bottle down the toilet and it got stuck in out pipes. I was assured it was something they could deal with that and and therefore called off of work to wait for them to come out. I waited two hours past the promised appointment slot before calling to find out what was going on. I was told the person was caught up on another job and we may need to reschedule! When I said that that was no possible because I had to work the rest of the week and had already called off that day because they said they could get someone out to me. Finally the man named Scott called back and hour later to tell me the technician could not come out and we would have to reschedule I was livid. I made an appointment for Sunday and was assured I would be the first customer serviced. The next day I called to speak with the supervisor over what I believe is totally unprofessional behavior. After waiting 20 mins for someone to answer the phone I had to hang up and get to work. I then throughout the day revived several calls from the supervisor named Victoria informing me someone was in my area and wanted to know if he could come out and work. Since I am at work right am not able to take her calls. I called when I got off and was told the supervisor had went home for the day. On Sunday, the day of the reschedule appointment I waited another two hours before calling to find out what was going on! It was then that I learned that my appointment had been canceled. The supervisor named Victoria cancelled my appointment. This place is full of incompetent people, why on earth would you cancel and appointment without confirmation from the client? Is this how you treat essential workers during the time of a global pandemic? Not everyone gets to sit at home making phones calls some of us have to go out to work. Unacceptable.

stay away- they are very dangerous- improperly installed (twice before realizing their error) a natural gas water heater in a home that only has natural gas. Luckily no harm - this time- but realize the water heater states to use the proper gas- danger of harm including death. Please be aware that they took the old water heater out - so they should have known the type of gas (plus drove right pass the big outside LP tank multiple times) There are a lot of other issues but this was the most disturbing
